EXCHANGES

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.  

Please ensure that the boots you want to return/exchange meet all of the following conditions of our Returns Policy: 

· The Return or Exchange is made within 30 days of purchase;
· The item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging including the   original tags attached;
· There must be no damage or signs of wear, such as scratches, sole markings, dents, inner label wear;
· You must provide your online order number for your original proof of purchase to return or exchange boots.

Please note whilst we will send you your replacements free, the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

For International returns, you'll cover the return costs, but we'll ship your exchange for free. 

CHANGE OF SIZE 

Our boots are true to size

The inner sole is removable for added room while wearing thicker socks or  your own Orthotics.

If you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to exchange for your correct size.

Please ensure that the boots you want to return/exchange meet the following conditions of our Exchange Policy: 

·         the incorrect size boots are returned within 14 days of purchase and are unworn. This means the boots for return show no damage or signs of wear(including scratches, sole markings, dents, inner label wear) 

·         All original tags must be intact, and the boots are returned in their Hey Harry Bag for protection during return transit. 

·         You must provide your online order number for your original proof of purchase to return or exchange boots.

Please note return postage are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. Your second pair of correct size boots will be sent for free.

 

FAULTS OR IMPERFECTIONS

Our boots come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure within a reasonable time frame. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure cannot be classified as a ‘major failure’.

We may request photos of the faulty claim prior to approving the return. If we deem the item to be faulty prior to wear, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Replacement does not include damage caused by misuse or accidents. If the problem is not major, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement. 

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a repair or replacement if the problem has arisen because the product was misused by the customer or our care instructions have not been followed.
